Since 1943 ISOPUBLIC continuously maintains a nationwide network of interviewers - why?

2010, our face-to-face network has completely changed to CAPI. And this means that our face-to-face inter-viewers are doing CAPI on a regular base, e.g. they carry out our bi-weekly ISOPUBLIC INHOME-Omnibus (CAPI) - in Switzerland exclusive at ISOPUBLIC!

And since our interviewers are well-trained, highly motivated and continuously supervised, we can offer high-quality face-to-face interviews as reasonable costs, be it omnibus, be it ad-hoc.

CATI:
Our CATI studio is located in Schwerzenbach, Zurich. Our 30 CATI places guarantee considerable capacity for large projects. Here, we not only carry out interviews in French and Italian, but also in other languages often spoken in Switzerland (Serbo-Croatian, Portuguese, Turkish, etc.), and in English for international studies.

We use ODIN software from our partner institute NIPO. This program is now widely considered standard within the industry.

The spatial proximity of this department to project management (located next door) presents a major advantage in that project managers are always close at hand, thus ensuring help and support during training, the rapid solution of any problems or questions which arise throughout the course of projects, and support for the CATI managers and four supervisors.

Online:
Modern server and software solutions, coupled with the combination of market research and IT specialists, also enable us to execute high-quality and efficient online surveys.

Our panel comprises more than 50 000 active participants. Careful usage and maintenance leads to return rates of 30-50% and more - a very high figure, compared both to national and international competitors.

Another specialty: Our participants are recruited actively - also face-to-face! This enables samples including persons who would not be reached by CATI recruitment only.
